TURQUOISE & WHITE WEDDING
We baked a 3 tier carrot, pecan & pineapple wedding cake and covered it with white fondant and decorated the cake with 40 different sized fondant roses, royal icing and disagrees all over the cake.
Nice to finish of the cake with ribbon at the bottom.The cake's weight was a staggering 14 kg.
PAARL MALL TROU EXPO
Schoongezicht en Bite Me Cupcakes het kragte saamgesnoer om die Paarl Mall Bruid Expo se stalletjie pragtig te laat lyk. Die tema van die stalletjie was "Ruffled Vintage". Ons het 'n ruffled troukoek, naked cake, macaroons en brosbrood koekies gemaak vir die stalletjie. Schoongezicht en Bite Me verskuif volgende week (1 - 3 Nov) na Zevewacht Mall vir die jaarlikse Trou Expo.
BLOU EN ROOI OOIEVAARSTEE
Heerlike donker sjokolade cupcakes versier met botterversiersel en versier met fondant fopspene, melkbottels, borslappies en doekspelde.
GOLDEN CLOUD MEMBERS MEETING
We baked vanilla and chocolate cupcakes, bran muffins and scones for the members of SPAR meeting to convince them to stock the new Golden Cloud premix on the shelves.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY ISABELLA
Dark chocolate birthday cake covered with blue fondant and decorated with mermaid and different fondant shells and the blue ribbon border.
The cupcakes were vanilla flavoured covered with green grass buttercream icing and decorated with fondant farm animals.
PEACH BIRTHDAY CAKE
Birthday cake of red velvet cake covered with off white fondant and decorated with a peach fondant fantasy flower, fondant crossword puzzle, pencil and reading glasses. Cake was finished nicely with double peach ribbon borders.
The cupcake were a combination of red velvet and dark chocolate all covered with natural buttercream icing and decorated with different fondant flowers and then placed in acetate cylinders with a peach ribbon and tag.
WACKY POLKA DOTS
This Wacky birthday cake consisted of three layers, one layer of white cake, one layer of red cake and the other green cake. The was covered with fondant and different sizes and colour polka dots placed all over the cake. We finished the cake off with ribbon.

PEACH AND CREAM WEDDING
Red velvet cake covered in fondant and decorated with lace and thin peach ribbon on the border. Other decorations included peach fantasy flowers and bride and bridegroom.
CUPCAKES IN CYLINDERS
RED HEARTS FOR THE WEDDING
The cake was a 3 layer red velvet cake covered with fondant and decorated with different sizes of red fondant hearts, black and red ribbon and pearl beads on the border. The cupcakes were a mix of decadent dark chocolate and red velvet, all covered with natural buttercream icing and topped with the embossed red fondant hearts.
DEEP RED AND WHITE FLOWERS
Decadent dark chocolate cupcakes covered with natural buttercream icing and decorated with deep red and white roses and fantasy flowers and pearl beads.
SPRINGBOK RUGBY CUPCAKES
Decadent dark chocolate cupcakes covered with buttercream icing and decorated with the SPRINGBOK rugby jersey and rugby ball.
GUITAR BIRTHDAY CAKE
Double layer vanilla cake for the base, covered with fondant and decorated with stars on the border. The guitar is a double layer chocolate cake covered with blue fondant and decorated with all the necessary trimmings that a guitar must have. The rest of the cake was decorated with different colour fondant stars, music notes, name and the "10".
WP RUGBY CUPCAKES
Red velvet cupcakes covered with green grass buttercream icing and decorated with the WP Rugby jerseys and the fondant WP Rugby balls.
