...'Thank you' cupcakes ordered for the staff of a local hospital from one off their patients.  A sweet way to thank them for their care and hard work.  

Most days it is the effort that you put into the small things in life, that really counts!     

Wedding butterflies...

Yummy carrot, pecan & pineapple topcake filled with buttercream & covered with white fondant and decorated with lilac (it always reflects blue on the photos) & green butterflies, the wedding theme & colours.  Cupcakes in the same theme completed the picture. 

Going Green...

...all the way!! A 'rugby world cup' order, ready to be eaten after another successful game. Vanilla cupcakes with fondant rugby balls & jerseys, all handmade & painted.  Well done Bokke!

We recently baked a selection of cupcakes, cake & quiche for a Tiger Brands / Golden Cloud conference but with a twist - we had to use their products (cake flour, brown rice & cake mixes).

Loved doing this order for a 10year old girls birthday party!   Chocolate brownie towers with buttercream icing swirl, cup daisies & butterflies & finished off with a ribbon band to match the pink & purple colour scheme &...

...Vanilla cupcakes decorated with a pink buttercream swirl, pink embossed hearts, purple sunflowers & glitter to end with!

Birthday cupcakes

These cupcakes were part of an afternoon tea table to celebrate a birthday -  Dark chocolate cupcakes decorated with a smooth buttercream icing swirl, pink fondant roses, light blue embossed fondant hearts and finished off with a sprinkle of glitter.

Shades of white...

A 2-tier wedding cake, delivered & set-up at Vredelust.  The bottom tier was a double layer red velvet cake and the top tier was a chocolate cake, both covered with white fondant, decorated with fresh roses, bead strings & ribbon and finished off with a pearl bead border. Black lace & Red roses...

One of a few order for this past weekend - delivery & set-up at Vredenheim, Stellenbosch.  Chocolate & vanilla cupcakes decorated with white embossed fondant disks, small black daisies and white buttercream icing tower with red fondant roses.  The chocolate topcake was covered with white fondant, decorated with red fondant roses and finished off with a black lace border & crystal pins, to match the rest of the wedding theme.

Rugby World Cup 2011...

...Yes, you've guessed it - Rugby Fever has hit the Bite Me kitchen & our blood is green!  Dark chocolate cupcakes with handmade rugby-themed fondant decorations & cupcake wrappers.  All packed & ready for delivery to the Radio Houtstok studios, a local radio station.  Go Bokke!!  Cupcake love, M&M
